Thank You Lesley for thinking of me! |
So far today has been good! I worked on the blog while Broden napped. I am constantly trying to improve and network! Then this afternoon I checked my email and found a message from the lovely Lesley of Ireland Ever After she sent me the “Stylish Blogger Award” YAY! Hopefully this is the first of many! Thank You very much Lesley and I am very thankful to have you as a follower!
These awards do come with some rules…but, what doesn’t. Here they are:
Rule number 1: Mention the blogger who awarded you and link back to that person: Complete!
Rule number 2: If you’re feeling up for it, become a follower of their blog: Complete!
Rule number 3: Tell 7 random facts about yourself.
Ok, Well, lets see:
1. I am addicted to Coca~Cola. For the most part I quit during my last pregnancy in fear of gaining too much weight and risking gestational diabetes, since I have had Broden I have picked it back up, not even close to the extent that I was in the past, I was a 6 pack a dayer easy! But I wish I could quit for good!
2. I LOVE to sleep!! Truthfully I need 10 hours of sleep to fully function, weekends are awesome because I get to sleep in usually until noon or later, yes, I know, I have an AMAZING husband!
3. I am only 29 years old and I have arthritis in my knees similar to a 70 year old woman. I have had many knee injuries; however since going to my amazing Chiropractor life is easier!
4. My secret guilty pleasure is realty shows, I love watching most MTV, VH1 and E! shows! Please don’t tell anyone hahaha!
5. I am a very outgoing person, my husband, not so much. He hates going to social functions together. He calls me his social butterfly! It can literally take us 30 minutes or more from the time we decided to leave a function or get together to actually get in the car to leave!
6. That being said, believe it or not my biggest Pet Peeve is punctuality! I hate being late! I can’t stand the thought of showing up to something late! I avoid that icky situation, you know the one, you show up late, walk into the room and EVERYONE stops, turns and looks at you, then..silence…AWKward! Nope not me! My policy, If you are 15 minutes early you are on time, if you are on time, YOU’RE LATE!!
7. I graduated high school at 16 years old!!
Rule number 4: Pass the award on to other bloggers and let them know about it!!
Thank you for passing this award on to me! I agree with you on the being late thing. My husband told me soon after we were married that being late is a sign of disrespect to the other person, it’s as if you are saying that your time is more important then their time.
Congrats! You have a great blog! I’m a book lover, too.
Visiting from “For the Love of Blogs.” I’m your newest follower and look forward to reading more.

Yay how fun! Congrats and thank you dear!
Congrats! Your blog is great and you deserve the award! I love reading myself! I would only be so honored to receive one.
No problem everyone! I enjoy reading your blogs! Please be sure to pass it on!
Ross, sorry, I just found your blog yesterday.
Thank you so much! I’m so glad you like my blog enough to honor me with such a great award! =]
Thank you for the award!
I could have written numbers 2, 3, and 4 myself! Sounds like we have a bit in common.
Congrats on the award, you deserve it and I love your secrets, mainly the one about not wanting to be late… funny cause I’m the exact same way! I’d rather not go if I’m late and all my clocks are set about 20 minutes fast! Happy blogging!
