Miranda – you might want to read John Locke’s book: “How I Sold 1 Million Ebooks in Five Months.” I know you prefer the printed word – but it is $2.99 on ebook format from Amazon. He used Twitter – formed relationships, blogged, answered comments, etc. Very interesting marketing strategy and he’s extrememly successful.
