Happy Easter! It was for us! We had a great day. We had a smaller guest list this year as most were busy or didn’t come. It was us, my Mom, My Aunt Penny and her two youngest Joel and Jordan. Small crowd but we had a blast! The boys arrived early and played with the kids, chatted with Sherman and I and watched movies with the kids. Bruiser LOVES Joel, he could say his name clear as day and thought he was awesome! He got his Dr. stuff out and had to give Joel a check up, which he passed with flying colors, he said Joel needed a shot but Joel escaped since Bruiser couldn’t find it anywhere. Bruiser had to take Joel upstairs to show him all around, even asking Joel to climb up on the top bunk of the bunk bed, Joel laughed and said UM, No, sorry buddy…..here is where I should let you know a picture is worth a thousand words:

FYI our doorways are at least 6ft. Sorry Bruiser there’s a reason why 17 year old Joel wasn’t going to be climbing up on the top bunk! Bruiser just walked in, seen this picture and said “hey, it’s Joel, Mom, it’s Joel!” They had a blast nevertheless! Brody found a new friend as well, Jordan! He played a lot with Brody. Once Brody woke up he spent most of his time with Jordan. They watched toy story 3 together, they sat together, Jordan even held AND fed Brody while playing Need for Speed…and WON! Yep, amazing!
Butch really enjoyed playing video games with the boys! He is anxious for summer to come so they can all go out and play football again like last summer! He really likes when the older boys come around! MeMe spent most of the day lounging around waiting for Grandma to hook up the chat so she can talk with Roy again. She is so excited for him to come from England! Once our company was gone and Mom hooked up the chat the kids sat and talked with Roy and he played all sorts of cool smiley faces to them and they thought it was so cool, Bruiser got so excited he started running laps! It was a lot of fun! Now that all the company is gone and leftovers have been heated and served again, Sherman has headed up to bed and the kids are walking zombies they are sooooo tired, I figured I better get some computer time in since the kids have no school tomorrow who knows how much I will get done hahahaha!
