Well it’s March 23rd and the kids had their first snow day this school year. I know, it sounds ridiculous but seriously we went through the whole winter and had NO snow days, then spring comes and WHAM a snow/ice storm shuts school down for the day. Living in Minnesota this is a very rare thing. Minnesota schools usually have 4-5 snow days a year. I guess we have lucked out! My teenage sister came over and spent the day with us. They watched movies, played with play-doh, played with the foosball table, read books, played outside, played cards, and of course lots of fighting and bickering. We just wrapped up dinner and I figured I would hammer this out real quick so I can watch some American Idol. I also posted the recipe for tonights dinner on the Cooks Corner page.
