Bruiser’s birthday party was a hit! He had SO much fun! We had a good turnout, my family from out of town were unable to make it so that was a bummer. We all visited for awhile and then when it came time to open presents the living room filled with people and the wrapping paper started flying! He was having fun! He opened several presents when his Grandma & Grandpas present was opened and it was a train from Thomas the Train he was finished, in his mind anyways. Sherman had to coax him back to finish opening his gifts. The last gift to be opened was from Sara, Steve & kids and he LOVED it! They had got him a play golf set. We opened it right away and he was so cute trying to hit the golf ball. It was very cute!
After presents we had cake. Bruiser had been pretending to blow out candles ever since my Mom’s birthday party so I was expecting him to get all excited when the candles were lit and the birthday song was over and…nothing..what? Bruiser didn’t want to blow out the candles. Grandma Barb to the rescue, she jumped in and helped Bruiser blow out the candles. Shortly after cake company started to leave. Sara and the kids stayed as we had decided earlier in the week we would have dinner and hang out for awhile. It was a lot of fun! We always have a great time, they are great friends!
Well my tummy is hurting and growling so I better get something to eat, enjoy the pictures and until next time…
