Photographers In Training…Sherman Kids!

Today so far has been a very laid back day! Unfortunately I was unable to sleep in as late as I usually do on the weekends. My phone rang early this morning 9am, I know, I know..but the weekends are my time to sleep in and rest up. I ignored it the first time, checking my caller id after the dang thing rang again, blaring in my ear jolting me awake, I check the caller id and it says Grandparents Jeffrey..oh man..so much for sleep, “hello?” “Hi Grandma, yes um, cough, cough, yes I was sleeping, yeah, I know” after I hang up I know there is no way I am going to be able to get back to bed until later, so I get up and head downstairs to see what everyone is up too. MeMe is playing on the computer, Brody is sleeping in his swing, Sherman is working on a marketing report, and Bruiser and Butch must still be sleeping because they’re not down here. I pull up a chair in Sherman’ office and ask him how the report is coming along and how much homework he has to do by the end of the night. Then its kisses and time to check emails, facebook, blog stats, ask MeMe about her morning etc. Later in the afternoon the kids were bored and wanted to play with the camera. I set it up for them and told them they each get 10 minutes and then the nicest pictures I will post on the blog, they were SUPER excited and by the time all was said and done I ended up with 181 pictures to sort through, crop, take out red eye, play with some editing, leaving almost 161 on the cutting room floor, but we sure got some good ones! While they were in the middle of their photo shoot my loving, sweet, romantic, best husband in the world (sorry ladies, I really think he is hahaha) comes home from the grocery store with a beautiful color filled bouquet of flowers! Awwwww thank you honey, and I melt! I wanted to make this post a little longer but my Husband’s lasagna is done and I am hungry! Enjoy the pictures and until next time…..
