A Christmas Gift From Your Child

With only a couple days left of school before Christmas break the gifts from school are beginning to trickle their way home.
Those of us that are parents know exactly what I am talking about. Those gifts our Children make at school that no matter how ugly of an eyesore the crappy gift is…it still means the world to us and we beam with pride and smiles and sometimes when we get the very sentimental ones…tears.
Each year I am the proud recipient of these ugly little macaroni, glued, slapped together cheapies and every year my eyes well up with tears and a smile breaks from my overtired face when I unwrap those little treasures that my kids have worked so hard on.
This year with Bruiser in school my gift count climbs to three and I couldn’t be more excited! I love these little gifts. I usually keep them safely tucked in my memory boxes and filing cabinets so I can look upon them in the future and remember these good times and smile.
So in the spirit of made at school presents I Googled the topic and thought I would share some of my findings with you! Enjoy

Out of curiosity, have you received any of these yet? I think I have 3 of these examples from over the years. My personal favorite is the mint candy hand one! How super duper special!
