Christmas Must Watch Movie Traditions ~ Sherman House

Yay! Welcome to December! Christmas season is in full swing. In the Sherman house that means Christmas decorations, Christmas Music and Christmas movie marathons.

Earlier this week I posted and warned you about my love for Christmas music. I am still hoping to bring the spirit and cheer of the season to all of my readers by rolling out my Christmas music playlist. The player is now embedded in the site and opens automatically for your listening pleasure! If you do not enjoy the music…scroll to the bottom and mute or pause the music. If you love it, crank up the volume!
Well the weekends in the Sherman house are filled with movie marathons! All month long we watch and re-watch over and over our favorite Christmas movies.

Here is a list of our favorites:

  1. When VCRs were “the thing” I had a collection of Christmas movies going for my kids. Every year we would add a new one, and I had started collecting them right after I graduated from high school. Unfortunately I never continued the tradition when we switched to DVD, being frustrated at all the money I had thrown away. My favorites, though, are the original How the Grinch Stole Christmas and A Charlie Brown Christmas.
