We stopped by many of the tents and oohhhed and awwwed and wished we could buy lots of stuff. We slowly made our way to the end where the barrel train rides are and lined the kids up. I was surprised to see that MeMe and Butch still wanted to partake in the fun. Butch wanted to ride with Bruiser so we let them. I made sure to take pictures and I got a video but I can’t upload it until tomorrow. After the ride was over Bruiser gets out and says more, again, another one. I told him we would again after we got some thing to eat. He seemed to be ok with that though it couldn’t happen fast enough! We went back down the street and found the food court area. MeMe found a stand with fries, cheese curds, pop and a corn dog. Butch and I bought Oof Da Tacos and pop. That was more than enough food for everyone so we headed inside the mall to find a table, eat and enjoy a little air conditioning. when we sat down MeMe realized she was not a major fan of the food she got, so she made a deal with Butch and he borrowed her some money to go to Dairy Queen in the mall and buy a chicken strip basket. I kind of encouraged it since Butch will need all the help he can get with folding laundry since there are 4 baskets full. When we were finished eating and cleaned up our mess we stopped in Embellish to visit our friend Erin and see how she’s doing! After talking a bit we headed back out. The kids stopped at the shaved ice stand and bought some then we walked over and watched the band while Bruiser was in awe and was jamming out. He changed his mind and decided he wanted to be a drummer. Once we left the plan was to walk to the park and let the kids play. When Bruiser fell asleep during the walk we skipped the park and headed home. We ended the day with snacks and a movie. Now Sherman, Veronica and Brittney (Veronicas friend) are having a scary movie marathon and I am hiding in my room. Brittney got spooked and has joined my quiet non nightmarish hideout! All in all it was a good day and the kids had a blast! I will post more tomorrow, including the video, but for now, enjoy the pictures!
